Our vision: Monolayer – the future of motorcycling Monolayer jeans are made by weaving abrasion resistant fibres with other functional fibres into one actual layer, instead of the layers being placed on top of each other. This creates a monolayer fabric.

Our mission: During last two years Trilobite® invested in textile engineering and development a lot of financial resources. We designed and developed many fabrics with our partners, some of them made it into mass production, others ended up in a dead end. We tested in laboratory a lot of diferent fabrics. We are continuously looking for the uncompromised quality, affordable price and the highest level of safety in denim fabric in the world.

The whole challenge is to develop a fabric that will bring comfort, safety and at the same time meet demanding requirements in the final product cut, wear, tear, abrasion and chemical resistance during CE certification tests. TRI-STRETCHER® 5.0 is a special mix of Aramid, Nylon, Polyester, Cotton and Lycra patented by Bikers Crown Ltd., the sole owner and designer of Trilobite® motorcycle jeans. With recent breakthroughs in synthetic fibres, motorcycle riding jeans can be made lighter than ever.

New generation of synthetic and polyethylen fibres make it possible to blend Polyester, Nylon, Elastan and other yarns, like natural, to a completely new, sophisticated fabric for production of Trilobite® motorcycle jeans. TRI-STRETCHER® 5.0 is a modern fabric which embodies the future of riding. Made from a mix of materials from polyamid family (their synthetic polymer) like Nylon and aromatic polyamids like Aramids or Polyurethane made from Elastane include natural cotton fabric. That's unique for its amazing strength while still being light in weight. Some parts of the structure are stronger than steel, some lighter than water, some of them are stretchable. TRI-STRETCHER® 5.0 is one clever „team“ of diferent fibers woven together that will protect you in case of an accident with the same performance as leather, but without compromising on comfort.

Unique fibers family developed by Trilobite®

TRI-STRETCHER® PRO 5.0 DENIM is a mix of synthetic polymer fibers with Nylon and aromatic Polyamids base (Aramid) with denim look. Used for MONOLAYER production as Parado Mono Layer AAA jeans. TRI-STRETCHER® PRO 4.0 DENIM is a mix of synthetic polymer fibers with Polyethylen base (UHMPWPE). Together with aramid is used for DOUBLELAYER TON-UP 2.0 AAA jeans. TRI-STRETCHER® PRO 3.0 DENIM is a mix of four different synthetic polymer with cotton base. Will be used as MONOLAYER SOLID AA jeans or together with aramid will be used for DOUBLELAYER AAA jeans in 2025 colection. TRI-STRETCHER® PRO 2.0 DENIM is a mix of synthetic polymer fibers with Polyethylen base (UHMPWPE) with denim look. Used mainly for MONOLAYER products such as Tactical, Omnia, Corsee, Ultima 2.0, Uptown and Downtown etc. TRILOBITE® RECYCLED is a mix of recycled Polyester with recycled cotton. Together with aramid is used for DOUBLELAYER Parado Recycled AA jeans. TRI-STRETCHER® FABRIC is a mix of synthetic polymer fibers with Polyethylen base (UHMPWPE) with canvas look. Used for Omnia jeans example.
